To the guy(s)who came up with the idea and then put that into practice for the field cabin battery charging table,a big thank you.It is blooming brilliant 😎
Daz,
The construction was a joint effort. Simon Feather made the table, Alan Marshall made the stand. The batteries were obtained by Stuart Helliwell and wired up by John Evans & Kevin Smith and connected to the solar panel.
John and I supervised the whole process, ready with the big hammer, just in case anything needed adjusting or fine tuning.
A good effort by all involved and thanks to those who made it.
I am thinking of proposing it’s for charging fixed wing aircraft batteries only and not helicopter batteries. Would you second that proposal?
Martin.
The famous BIG HAMMER,,where would you,I,we all be without that everyday useful item Mr Lynn 😆
As for exclusive FW usage of the battery charging table, have you been talking to the same two guys I had the good fortune to talk to on Sunday 🙄
